These Terms, together with any applicable service-specific terms or agreements, constitute the terms governing your use of Qale.

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms do not create a partnership, agency, employment, or joint-venture relationship between you and Qale.

Qale may integrate with or interact with third-party applications, platforms, websites, and services, including productivity, communication, storage, calendar, document, and other business tools.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

Qale is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or content of third-party services.

Qale aims to provide reliable access to its Services, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, outages, dependencies, or circumstances beyond Qale’s reasonable control.

Qale may temporarily suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to maintain, secure, or improve the Services.

Where Qale services are provided on a paid basis, fees, billing frequency, payment terms, taxes, renewals, and applicable cancellation conditions will be communicated through the applicable order, subscription, or agreement.

Where offered, Qale may provide support, implementation, consulting, integration, or other professional services.

The scope and applicable terms may be described in a separate agreement or order.

Qale may provide products and features that connect with business applications and information sources to organize information, prepare actions, generate summaries, assist with workflows, and support user decision-making.

AI-assisted outputs may depend on the information available to Qale and may not always be complete or accurate. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions before taking consequential actions.

Confidential information disclosed by either party in connection with the Services should be protected from unauthorized use or disclosure in accordance with any applicable agreement between the parties.
